I appreciate your feedback as always! I'm just here to help the community any way I can to understand the in's and out's, as I know many free players and low spenders that spend copious amounts of time trying to better their account; so whatever I can do to ensure that the time spent, is spent in the most effective and efficient way possible, I'm more than happy to do so!
Wow thanks for going in depth especially with the specific hones in the red. You do videos like no other. I feel like leveling up and getting stronger already
Professor Z taking us to school! Another banger of a vid. Quite thorough. On average, how many advanced hones does it take to get a red hone with preferred attribute? IGG doesn't provide drop percentages, but maybe you can provide an estimate. Gives us a sense of how many rolls to go through/spend.
hahaha!! Much appreciated! Oh gosh, I genuinely wish I could say. We have a running joke that you literally have no idea. I've hit red hones 20 purple hones in, just to go another 225 purple hones without hitting another, and that doesn't account for how long it takes to hit one that you can actually utilize. It's all very VERY luck based, and there'd be no way for me to calculate it. The only thing I could numerically calculate would be the odds of "if you hit a red, what's the likelihood you get something you need/want", that would be fairly easy to measure out % wise; but again, that doesn't begin to account for how many hones necessary to get a red hone to begin with. I've lost track at this point, I usually just hit Auto-Hone -> Gold Checkbox, put my phone down and start praying LOL.
Welcome back, my friend! A very detailed video, thanks for your hard work, these are really important aspects of the game that most players do not understand.
@@HauntedUniverse1 thanks so much for the kind message 😊🍻 great to be back! And happy to help! If there’s ever any other topics you’d like covered, please don’t hesitate to let me know 😊
I left hnb for the same reason. Fighting whales all the time gets expensive and tiresome if you're not a whale. Glad I found your channel. Good content.
HNB are an awesome group, so I can imagine that was probably a hard choice to make. But after a while, yeah, like you said, it just becomes too much and the burnout is real 😅 much appreciated on the kind words though! 🍻
May I ask a basic and direct question? When it comes to rallys in general, which of three main stats (atk, def, hp) and in what order would you say are most important for each of the three attack squads, rider, ranged and infantry? I apologize I just want to know your quick thoughts on that and thank you.
Those videos are amazing, i'm one of those players who likes to know the details since many of the info of the game sometimes is just too vague, but i do have one question , is there a correlation or a drop on efficiency when squads go to Yellow/Red HP?, i've seen my units deal less damage when they're lower HP, and thats obvious because they have overall less active units to fight with BUT, what if you're on RED but also 2.000.000/2.000.000 on a garrison? Do you still have full force? or do you deal less damage?
@@7SGThenkai certainly! I appreciate the question and the feedback! So the short answer is, yes, but let me explain how; Damage Received and Damage Dealt is a math equation made up of many “factors”, one of those factors is “Base Damage”. Without going into too much detail since I’m explaining this in my next video; one of the factors of Base Damage is “troop count”. Now for field fighting this is your remaining squad size, rallies is remaining rally size (total, not just your squad), and garrison remaining size (also total, not just your squad). Since this is a factor in both the damage received and damage dealt, as your remaining troop count in any of these 3 scenarios decreases, so does your damage output, while your damage intake does the reverse, and increases. IE: The more troops you have remaining, the more damage there is to be dealt since your “base value” for damage is higher, and reverse from multiplying to dividing in the mathematical equation for damage taken. You see red on garrison because the health bar is a reflection of YOUR squad size, not the rally or garrison total. This can be used to measure when you will trigger certain skills, talents or even armaments to trigger. So whether you’re on a full HP bar, or microscopic Red Health bar, you’re still taking and dealing damage in relation to how many troops are in your garrison/tower. That’s not true for field however since it’s JUST your squad involved and being factored. For example: Jacob gives bonus damage at 30%/50% remaining squad size, which goes into effect when YOUR squad deployed reached that threshold, even if your garrison is at 2,000,000 troops remaining since it’s being filled by others. One thing to consider though that I think many don’t realize, is that that “%” value your “remaining squad size” is, resets at the end of each combat (when you receive a battle report). So if you send Jacob into a tower to get that bonus, and you send him with a squad of 100,000 troops. You take a rally attack, the rally ends, you check the garrison and your remaining squad size is 20,000 in tower; well great, you triggered both the 50% and 30% bonuses in the last report. BUT, when a new rally hits, your squad will have to go down to 10,000 troops remaining to trigger the 50% or about 6750 troops to trigger the 30% remaining squad size bonus. Every time a combat encounter ends, your squad size remaining % resets. Hope this helps!
Great video. I want to mention that I have definitely seen in battle reports that a garrison will switch the primary target midway through a multi-rally scenario, before either of the rallies is busted up. Any insight into this? Why does the garrison decide to switch primary targets? I have battle reports to show if you have not come across this before.
@@__BLaZeD__ there are definitely scenarios of this, and I’ve never gotten a straight answer to be honest, nor will you find one. Prompting the AI in game with the question will indicate you can manually change targets but when asking how it’ll tell you you can’t. It does also advise that there may be system automatic changes of targets due to “strategic reasons”, so there certainly appears to be scenarios this happens, however since it isn’t in your control, nor is there a straightforward reason, paired with the fact it happens far less often than not, the principles in the video still apply. I do know what you’re talking about though, but in all my time as garrison it’s fairly far and few between. From a rally perspective, we’ve usually just cancelled and reset, since an in-optimal order of rallies is less effective if left up, rather than just resetting and returning to an optimal formation.
Unfortunately no, you have to use a purple hone fragment to get the rare hone, as it's considered a max value hone, like other red hone values that you can hit.
@@Pr0ject95 it can be, but it’s very armament heavily dependent. You can’t out damage rage skills simply with counter damage, but you can deal consistent damage. If you are wanting to run an Eddie garrison I would advise going heavy Infantry Defense / Block, Garrison Counter Damage Hones, and be quick with setting counter rallies. Negate as much damage as you can with heavy defense, deal consistent damage with garrison counter damage hones, and put your primary hurting on the rallies through counter rallies

@@kingbaobreaks Very much depends on what type of role you’re going for. If you’re going to use her on garrison as intended; either as lead with Victor behind, or Victor lead with her behind Victor (depending if your armament set is better for “Leader” or “Rider” armaments). If using her in the field, I’d stick her behind Elena, Bella or Felix; all of whom offer the “Skill” talent tree. While she doesn’t deal skill damage with her rage skill, her rage skill does a ton of damage, so the high rage regen of the Skill Talent tree will play a vital role in ensuring she is using her rage skill as often as possible, and minimizing downtime of her non-boosted basic atk dmg.
A question. Why is Eddie not an S Tier Garrison? Counter attack is crucial. And Eddie increases HP and DEF a lot. So in concept it seems incredibly good. So why isnt he considered an S-Tier Garrison?
@@RogelioArmandoAlarconValenzuel that’s a great question. It’s a combination of a few things. 1.) Counter damage while it does deal a good amount of damage, isn’t the highest damage on reports by a long shot. So even with a long lasting garrison report you’ll do far more damage over a sustained period of time as skill damage versus multiple rallies individually. 2.) The infantry only requirement becomes a detriment when in events like AR where members of other alliances aren’t always paying attention to markers and are quick to send non-infantry to towers 3.) Part of his high counter damage requires his squad size to get below 50%, which requires a good amount of time for rallies to be hitting the tower before it proc’s, which isn’t something you can depend on. For example 70% of all garrison reports I’ve been a part of ended before the 50% metric could have kicked into effect. These reasons and the fact that there are other garrison heroes with better synergies like Raigoro / Riven or Thunder / Victor is why Eddie doesn’t sit as highly on a current Garrison tier list. Subject to change if heroes come out that provide good synergy for him
@@Think_Smarter2023 No, as typically if you’re getting garrison skill damage you want it to be for their primary rage skill. And the only skill she has that wouldn’t benefit from skill damage is her passive 4th skill. So I would focus on high defense hones for sustainability, and garrison basic atk dmg / lethality or atk hones for her.
