the hole in the top of the Mother of all above the orifice is the hole to drop a few drops of oil into so you keep the orifice felt lubricated that is sitting atop the metal orifice
Kromsky is so beautiful but I can't imagine getting my tension right and then breaking this down mid project. Would be good for my aunt who moves between two houses depending on the season but otherwise.. too much hassle.

I usually leave mine set up all the time, unless I'm traveling or need to move it.
