Thank you for all the insight on your first Core term. I’ll be starting Core in August so you are helping ease my nerves! I know time management is tough and making videos is hard in Nursing School. But I am appreciative of the hard work you are putting into these videos. You are lighting the path of those who follow before you! Regardless of the ups and downs. I can’t wait for the Patho style video! Thank you!!!!
Hi! Your content has been prepping me since I’ll be starting at WCU in June! Would you be able to make a tech necessity video? Like what technology and apps help you in nursing school? Thanks in advance! ❤
Hi love! I have watched your video all day today! It was so nice to see some of the preview of the courses that i will be taking in a week! I will be starting pathophysiology in a few days, can I ask if you could share your lecture notes? Pleasepleaseplease😢
Hello glad to have stumbled across your page as I’m in the ABSN program as well. (15 months) Can you share what your master to do list looks like or consist of
I am starting in October, I was just wondering how many times a week you have class? I live about an hour away so I am just trying to gauge my commute/if i should move closer.
Hi honestly you’ll be in school like 2/3 days out of the week. And even if you live closer to school, WCU has a 50 mile radius for clinical sites so if you might get a site like 35 miles away from the schoo and you’ll have to commute at some point in the program inevitably. Hope this helps !! Goodluck!!
Hi going straight into west coast is definitely faster if finishing faster is the appeal! However if you are coming straight from highschool I highly highlyyy recommend doing at least one semester SCIENCE course at a cc or maybe even 2 sciences courses at the same time. So you get that exposure to hard classes and develop a study method that works for you. Because wcu is really fast paced especially once you get to nursing core!! Keep in mind that a class at a cc is about 16 weeks but at west coast it is only 10 weeks! And at west coast it’s pretty much a unit per week, meaning 3-6 or (even more) chapters a week!
