Agree, Smith at times make you say Wow! with some of her plays but her attitude fueled by social media ever since CC arrived gets in her way, and when combined with her significant other’s attitude towards Smith’s teammate CC ensures that Smith will soon play for another team.

Kelsey, Boston, NaLyssa, Hull and Samuelson all felt the heat when their record was 1 and 9. When that changed, the Love wasn't spread evenly, fairly.
It has to be tough for smith. I get it. I believe she needs a fresh start for herself. Also katie just needs to be a mother for a few months and forget basketball. Then hopefully when it is time to get back in the gym she can start hitting them 3s again
I felt the refs hurt NaLyssa's confidence by calling so many fouls on her which resulted in her sitting more on the bench. It seemed to me she started to play with less intensity and second guessing herself. I hope on this off season she is able to get her confidence and determination back.

Not sure I agree, she looked terrible even in game one. Those calls certainly did not help. I put more of it on her dislike of the style change. Not the preseason or the evolving change mid-season. Which is sad, she has ability. She likely would have benefited more than others, had she been more accepting of those changes.

I am sure this was a challenging season for you both, having said that you contributed to the success of this team. I always felt like you both had the support and encouragement of your teammates. When I would see hateful comments on social media, I thought, people are so shallow that they don’t even realize this is hurting the team. I can appreciate what EW said about keeping out the outside noise. I will say this, valley experiences come for everyone, it’s not if but when. We can learn a lot about who we are and that we are even stronger than we realized. KLS and Nalyssa, you can be proud of how you responded to the challenges each of you faced, also give yourselves some grace, you made it through regardless. You are both accomplished athletes and have a bright future, looking forward to following your careers and selfishly hope to see you both in a Fever uniform next year. Of all the great highlights of the Fever, my favorites were when Caitlin connected with NyLyssa for the points. They were the very definition of "Pace" that superstars like Sue Bird talks about.
Both of these ladies were great teammates this year. I know it was a disappointing year for both, but fans appreciate the hard work and what incredible chemistry all these players had & the support they gave each other. Didn't hear any outward complaints from either of them. Whatever comes next, I hope it includes plenty of success for both! ❤💛💙

Did you notice Nalyssa's reaction after Caitlin asked the refs to eject the fan that was shouting horrible things to her at the second Sun game? Her body language was like, "what the heck"! How could / why would anyone say that (whatever was said). So, it seemed like she was genuinely shocked, and seemed to support CC when she heard what was said. Still no idea what was said or why that man with a lanyard on and the woman at the end of the row were ejected from the game. Anyone know?

The biggest issue with the Fever is the laziness. CC, Michelle, Hull are the only ones that like to run up and down the court. You CC say how inportant it is to eat right, sleep right, stay in shape. These ladies have to understand once you are a professional, the team, fans and your job is to stay in shape and eat right, dress right and act right.
It’s sort of a league wide issue. Because the top Fever players are capable of playing fast, it exposes their teammates as well as opposing teams. I’d like to see more players put a focus on their fitness and being able to play 48 minutes (yeah I said it) if necessary.

NaLyssa, keep your head and always focus on the future. Everyone wants to be able to change history at times, but no one ever succeeds. I am an old retired engineer and one thing I can tell you is that there will always be ups and downs, some we can control, some we can't. The one thing we can do is to focus on always being the best version of ourselves that we can be. You and Katie Lou are both highly valued players and I wish you both the best going forward.
These players get a lot of criticism but make no mistake, they are ballers. Katie Lou’s shot was off but it will come back. She’s pure talent. NaLyssa is one of my favorite players which is hard to explain but I identify so much with her personality. She just wants to get better and I know she will. I believe in both these players, they just need the right team and the right coach around them.
How do you know she will improve when she hasn’t shown improvement and grit after 3 years. Her body language says a lot about why she hasn’t succeeded. Too much talking and not shown in actions
They are on the right team! Personally, I think the coach should be more supportive, when the media tries to bring some attention to Nalyssa"s outstanding ability. No afterthought type responses, and then change the subject. Give credit when and where it's due.

I will give my opinion.. nylissa enjoyed her team. She was thrilled with new eyes and a banner year.. until outside voices got in her ear. She I’m sure was bullied by DC not to become secondary on the team. Don’t bow to that new girl.. and nylissa was torn inside because honestly she seems like a KIND person. But you must be strong enough to control the negative narrative from a whole lot of other sisters. Her play went in the toilet. All because she was trying to be a good wife to DC. When your around toxic behavior then it affects EVERYTHING
All these reporters say bullshit racism racism racism goes both ways leave it alone stop talking about it but they won’t because they’ll have nothing to do if they don’t stop talking about it I’m super proud of the fever I think the entire team did a phenomenal job this year and I hope they’re all together next year again

leadership is the key to team success .. the coach is the leader in the beginning of the season then trust in a player who leads the squad on the floor developes during the season where the coach then becomes the team manager /protector
Two players the Fever need to thank for their service to the organisation and wish them well for their futures. I don't think Kelly Krauskopf came back to re-sign underperformers. Especially those who tank and give up halfway through the season, feed their partners inside information and turn a blind eye to them assaulting their star player and conducting a social media war against them for most of the season.
I've been concerned about Nalyssa's mental health. She seems to struggle with inner issues such as self-esteem. It's just a guess for I don't really know her obviously.
If I were Smith, drop your girlfriend. She is not good for you and you seem like a good person. Carrington is dragging you down and you are to blind to see it. She is ruining your carreer, wake up.
NaLyssa was the most confounding player. Incredible abilities, talent, energy, and heart..a game changer. On the other hand there were games where I wasn't sure her head was into it. The mental errors, lack of effort, lack of focus, and inconsistency..a game wrecker. GF can really play some basketball - when she wants to.
Nalyssa did play some outstanding ball this season, the games when she was really putting in the effort. As K-Lou stated, people, media, fans, have no idea what else goes on in their personal and professional lives. Even with all of the "media" attention (which included random "medi-wannabe's) there was so much fake and real attention, that even the players don't know if what is on social media is real or not.
Imagine liking your work environment, the people you work with etc, but go home and Olympic break to someone that show nothing but disdain for your work place and the people you work with. She is being controlled by Carrington. Everything was great before the break, then Carrington started catching heat for her treatment of CC. After the break NS was distant, played horribly and a bad attitude

If you are building a team there are certain players to just instantly avoid.
I am sure this was a challenging season for you both, having said that you contributed to the success of this team. I always felt like you both had the support and encouragement of your teammates. When I would see hateful comments on social media, I thought, people are so shallow that they don’t even realize this is hurting the team. I can appreciate what EW said about keeping out the outside noise. I will say this, valley experiences come for everyone, it’s not if but when. We can learn a lot about who we are and that we are even stronger than we realized. KLS and Nalyssa, you can be proud of how you responded to the challenges each of you faced, also give yourselves some grace, you made it through regardless. You are both accomplished athletes and have a bright future, looking forward to following your careers and selfishly hope to see you both in a Fever uniform next year. Having said that, I think that things will work out for the best for you both! As a fan, enjoyed watching you play and know the best is still to come💯🔥
Smith checked herself in the beginning of her statement. You can feel her resentment towards someone with "outstanding accolade achievement" and you guys know who it is she talking about.

IMO she didn't like her minutes and others felt it. Good player who may need a change in scenery.

Of all the great highlights of the Fever, my favorites were when Caitlin connected with NyLyssa for the points. They were the very definition of "Pace" that superstars like Sue Bird talks about.
Both of these ladies were great teammates this year. I know it was a disappointing year for both, but fans appreciate the hard work and what incredible chemistry all these players had & the support they gave each other. Didn't hear any outward complaints from either of them. Whatever comes next, I hope it includes plenty of success for both! ❤💛💙

Did you notice Nalyssa's reaction after Caitlin asked the refs to eject the fan that was shouting horrible things to her at the second Sun game? Her body language was like, "what the heck"! How could / why would anyone say that (whatever was said). So, it seemed like she was genuinely shocked, and seemed to support CC when she heard what was said.
Still no idea what was said or why that man with a lanyard on and the woman at the end of the row were ejected from the game. Anyone know?

Indiana fever women you're really did a good job
The biggest issue with the Fever is the laziness. CC, Michelle, Hull are the only ones that like to run up and down the court. You CC say how inportant it is to eat right, sleep right, stay in shape. These ladies have to understand once you are a professional, the team, fans and your job is to stay in shape and eat right, dress right and act right.
It’s sort of a league wide issue. Because the top Fever players are capable of playing fast, it exposes their teammates as well as opposing teams. I’d like to see more players put a focus on their fitness and being able to play 48 minutes (yeah I said it) if necessary.
CC gas out 3rd quarter. Some games she's out in the 1st quarter. What are you speaking? This is a fact. Professionals has even spoken on this.

Gotta hand it to Katie Lou. Even when Lexie replaced her as a starter, nobody cheered harder for her teammates on the floor and especially for Lexie when she hit on those 6 out of 7 three pointers (You Bet!). It speaks to her quality as person well beyond being a basketball player.
What choice did she have? She couldn't be pouting on the bench now could she. She had to go with the flow to keep her job.

There was a moment when NaLyssa turned a corner and started playing to the Fever's game plan and for a while she was an integral part of the team. Then she did a 180 and maybe shouldn't even have been on the bench, especially when Fever played the Sun. For both her and Fever's sake it would be best if she moved on.

NaLyssa, keep your head and always focus on the future. Everyone wants to be able to change history at times, but no one ever succeeds. I am an old retired engineer and one thing I can tell you is that there will always be ups and downs, some we can control, some we can't. The one thing we can do is to focus on always being the best version of ourselves that we can be. You and Katie Lou are both highly valued players and I wish you both the best going forward.
These players get a lot of criticism but make no mistake, they are ballers. Katie Lou’s shot was off but it will come back. She’s pure talent. NaLyssa is one of my favorite players which is hard to explain but I identify so much with her personality. She just wants to get better and I know she will. I believe in both these players, they just need the right team and the right coach around them.
How do you know she will improve when she hasn’t shown improvement and grit after 3 years. Her body language says a lot about why she hasn’t succeeded. Too much talking and not shown in actions

They are on the right team! Personally, I think the coach should be more supportive, when the media tries to bring some attention to Nalyssa"s outstanding ability. No afterthought type responses, and then change the subject. Give credit when and where it's due.

I will give my opinion.. nylissa enjoyed her team. She was thrilled with new eyes and a banner year.. until outside voices got in her ear. She I’m sure was bullied by DC not to become secondary on the team. Don’t bow to that new girl.. and nylissa was torn inside because honestly she seems like a KIND person. But you must be strong enough to control the negative narrative from a whole lot of other sisters. Her play went in the toilet. All because she was trying to be a good wife to DC. When your around toxic behavior then it affects EVERYTHING

leadership is the key to team success .. the coach is the leader in the beginning of the season then trust in a player who leads the squad on the floor developes during the season where the coach then becomes the team manager /protector
Two players the Fever need to thank for their service to the organisation and wish them well for their futures. I don't think Kelly Krauskopf came back to re-sign underperformers. Especially those who tank and give up halfway through the season, feed their partners inside information and turn a blind eye to them assaulting their star player and conducting a social media war against them for most of the season.

NaLyssa was the most confounding player. Incredible abilities, talent, energy, and heart..a game changer. On the other hand there were games where I wasn't sure her head was into it. The mental errors, lack of effort, lack of focus, and inconsistency..a game wrecker. GF can really play some basketball - when she wants to.
Nalyssa did play some outstanding ball this season, the games when she was really putting in the effort. As K-Lou stated, people, media, fans, have no idea what else goes on in their personal and professional lives. Even with all of the "media" attention (which included random "medi-wannabe's) there was so much fake and real attention, that even the players don't know if what is on social media is real or not.

She is being controlled by Carrington. Everything was great before the break, then Carrington started catching heat for her treatment of CC. After the break NS was distant, played horribly and a bad attitude
