The 850 for house is a very good price similar to here , then plus all the bills. Abroad life is not easy with lots of utility bills. Glad that this new apartment price is more cheaper compared to the 2 bedroom and small space of your former apartment. Nice sharing with us.

Thanks for this video. It’s highly informative. Can you explain all about the EPC ratings and the importance when getting a house? An example of how it applies would be truly appreciated.
Also, areas and how they vary in costs. I also hear that there are areas not advised to live despite their appealing costs. So, if you could share these information as well. Thank you 😊🤗

Can you tell me percentage of African in abroad can leave estate to children after taxation and renting, moreso, the cost of coming abroad is much which simply suggests any person who has that money is not poor in Nigeria, finally I done a survey in eastern part of Nigeria comparing houses ,estate, land investment business and tangible assets to be given to upcoming generation, those in Nigeria are carrying the league. Yes that's true the Asian shops sell cheaper than the real African shops.

But if you don't support Africans like yourself .You increase unemployment in African British community. That same unemployment that Africans complain about in Africa. They come to UK and go to Asian who dont employ African and regular follow African around like they will steal.Home grown African are naive .If you support Asians over African stores.Where will Africans get job or business.

@@RideorDieFit My point is not stating that i don't buy from african shops. But that their prices are more expensive and half of the times you go there they don't have what you want. Home grown africans are not NAIVE as you make it seam.
