Hi, yes there was a pedestrian approaching but if you notice the student already slow in speed and was anticipating to stop at that time for the paderstrian, but at the same time if you notice and watch the video again you will see and realize that at that particular time there is a car approaching on the right in just front of the paderstrian and block the paderstrian crossing way completely. I think and I am just assuming I may be wrong that it could be the only reason, at that point student decided to cross and move and carry on driving and keep clear the crossing quickly for the paderstrian and keep traffic flow and take the advantage from that blocking car rather to stop and block the crossing at that particular point of time and got the benefit of the doubt from the examiner. As you know sometime the situation demands, and we all should understand that after all the examiner has the better view of judgement in different conditions and situations. And I assume for that particular moment of the situation the examiner judgement may be the best and different from all of us.
