I entered a superior school because of a scholarship because I was quite smart but was always bullied by my classmates because I was from a poor family while my school friends were all from rich families and in the end I was traumatized and quit school 😢😢

In My Opinion, The reason why i love Linkin Park , is that they know exactly how to choose the right words to mention it in their songs , and those words are coming from their own lives , that's why those songs such as Numb, lying from you, from the inside, easier to run , are unfrorgettable .

I think this song is about his drug addiction. Listen to the first line " Im tired of being what you want me to be", i interpret it as hes tired of the drugs controlling his life. He has had a history of drug addiction. This Album Meteora came out in 2003, he was still struggling heavily with drugs. And i also think he eas going through a divorce. I also like to think this song was one of his last crys for help. The album Meteora is honestly their best album.

That's why it's one of LP's biggest songs if not the biggest. It's an ok song but it's nothing special, unless you compare it to a majority of other Nu Metal groups (then it seems amazing by comparison).
