- Dutch street food is not the most complicated one in the World maybe but one of the most deep-fried one. If the most healthy Dutch Street Food is Herring Fish, (Haring) then this one Kibbeling Fish is the second most healthy one!

I lived in Enschede for a little over a year as part of my work assignment. I remember heading out to the Saturday market every week and enjoying some delicious Kibbeling ❤

You should try them at Dappermarkt, there is a corner shop with variuos types of fish and others. Is really a must!

sadly its not the real real kibbeling as that would be verry expensive 6 pieces 6 to 7 euros . , as they only use the cheeks of the cod fish . that is realy realy good . Sadly the norwegians like the cod heads as well so most cod fish come with out the heads , so now they use cod ( kabeljouw ) filet or other fish close to cod fish .
But its true i can eat this stuff whole day with ravigotte sause ,
