Checkout Onset (live) and No Holding Back, 2 other awesome instrumentals from them. Misa (bass) and Akane (drums) are so good that they are never hidden away, Kanami (lead) the composer knows that she is working with a band stuffed with talent and she makes the most of it. Lead vocalist is flippin awesome too.
U should check them out the live stuff is ace over 100 songs to try out. If u like drum and bass solos u in right place
They opened their set at Aftershock with that song. It pulled people from all over to their stage. Was just as good live.
I almost cried seeing this live in DC. Words cannot describe how fucking bad ass this was in person.

KANAMI In Japanese, it can also be written as a song wave. From now on feels like the sound of waves repeatedly crashing against the riverbank. The guitar repeats the melody while breaking.

How reassuring it must be for the Saiki to know that when she needs a break, there are 4 musicians who can make their instruments sing at least as strongly. Add to that the fact that Miku both plays guitar and sings, as well as Kanami and Akane occasionally lending their voices, and even Misa could sing if she wanted to, we have here a 5-piece band with 9 vocalists. 🤯 I know why I always hated mathematics. 🤭 🔥🤘🏻

Try another japanese metal fully instrumental bands: Asterism / Gunfire (Studio live) or D_drive / 1 000 000 Hp just is an example what there is more in this genre
Wonderful reaction. My most played song of 2022, so yeah I kinda like it hehe. Wonderfully written instrumental that fills all the spaces left empty by the absence of vocals. Ofc all Band-Maid songs essentially begin this way, with lyrics added after the fact to the music. Who knows, Saiki may ask for lyrics to be added to it later, as has happened to a number of their releases. :)
