With the difference of 1lakh, I think Speed 400 is good deal.
Its the best for daily use and is most economical. Duke and GT are fun bikes but not as practical

Yes too much vibration and speedo error of 17kmph. My speedometer indicates 160 k mph but gps shows 143kmph

The RE 650 twins are a class of an engine.... It retains that old school charm with the great rumble of twins.... with ECU tuning and other customisations it can go much faster.....KTM is a beast and Triumph is really good.... but I love the RE 650 twins man....
But for 650 parallel twins the performance is laughable. Try any other 600+ cc bikes in the market and you will soon understand the value proposition of Royal Enfield's 650 cc offerings is just that it's a " Poor person's way to a 650 cc class engine".
Not just 650cc offerings, it's such a Royal Enfield thing from the beginning even with its 350 cc bikes. Himalayan 450 is the only bike that puts out respectable performance for its cc.

That's the Royal Enfield thing. When you talk about the 350 cc bikes this same question arises. None of their bikes perform at the same level as other 350 or 650 bikes, that's exactly why they're cheap. Poor engineering and poor quality components.
Who would have thought that nearly fifty years ago the 1978 Honda 400n Superdream would top 100mph leaving these three bikes for dead.

Dude ek chiz samjho Duke tumko har ek race jitake degi! ase to Anant kaal tak race kabhi nahi hota na bhai, got took 3min + to just cross Duke, that duke rider not even tucking in properly so baap bohot slow hai... with gt you will never win races with these 390 in real life that's a fact. and I don't recommend doing such long races too. GT is a good bike brother! but KTM will save your life with breaks features and balance that gt lacks!

Meri 2013 December ki 390 duke hai... I does 172 kmph with partly open chest. Touches 179 kmph on long stretch in tucked position.

My Dec 2013 duke touches 179 kmph. I have ridden 1,74,000 kms on this. I bought it first hand in 2.09 lakh in dec 2013.

Value for Money NS 400Z, top track bike with full electronic suite- Duke 390/Husqi 401, best roadster- Guerilla, best thumper Mavrick 440. Of all these, the Triumph is just nobody. The Triumph costs as much as Mavericks top model, and the Guerilla is just 18K more expensive in the top spec. NS 400Z cost a lot less and performs a lot better than Triumph.

With all due respect brother this gt should not be included in this comparison it's a parallel twin 650 cc engine where as the others are just 400cc single cylinder...let's compare gt to some actually good 650cc retro bikes like z650rs then it will be a fair comparison....if ktm and triumph bring their 600+ cc bikes then that RE 650 cc will be blown away even if they just use their 3rd gear😂😂😂
