Chocolate banana bread
Ingredient:
180 gr of chocolate
110 gr of butter
100 gr of sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
2 ripe bananas
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
In a bowl, add the sugar and eggs, mix everything with a whisk
Add the mashed bananas to the mixture then add the melted chocolate and finally the flour and baking powder.
Mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
Bake in a buttered and floured mold for 40 minutes at 180 °.
You can enjoy it warm or cold.
