Hi Chris, thank you for this video. My exgf and I recently contacted after 2 weeks NC (indirectly, after i posted a ig story of me moving to a new workplace, she posted a "sad" ig story saying "it's heartbreaking that the closest person was never comfortable telling me anything"). I replied, fearing she might hurt herself as she has history of major depressive mood disorder. Fast forward, we started talking (as friend, i think? some of my female friend saw our exchanges and told me this is not what friend talks about!) and she sends me selfie and deleted it the next day. I jokingly asked "did someone steal that photo?" and she replied "haha you slowpoke :)". What is happening??!
Also, it was not a bad break. She said she is stressed up with work and will not be able to commit to this relationship and feel its unfair for me. I told her I really cherished this relationship but if this is your decision I will respect it and went into NC
