If you like this kind of mix, Orphaned Land is another great band with a similar style (although a bit heavier). Ocean Land and The Kiss of Babylon are great songs to start with.
I'm from Tunisia and I'm very proud of this band. And I recommend you react to one of their live performance in Carthage. They have belly dancer, magic tricks on stage. After Rammstein I think they have on of the best live shows
This is Tunisian power metal band (with a Scandinavian dude on drums). Music video is heavily inspired by Prince of Persia Sands of Time game and/or movie adaptation of it. Shorty after making this video Myrath managed to sign a contract with earMUSIC label. Fun fact: there is only one female violinist in this video, filmed in two outfits, than multiplied to look like there is an entire violin orchestra on that balcony.
@@annnaannic1839 Belgrade has strong CGI studios. This studio (ICODE TEAM) also did Kamelot - My Confession ft. Eclipse and few more more for them, one of music videos for Tarja Turunen, Deathstars - Virtue To Vice, etc... Myrath - Endure the Silence was also made in Belgrade.
I'm proud of my people these guys make us metal heads in tunisia proud and i don't support them just because they are tunisian but because I'm really surprised by their work ! they are gods they created new music!
I just stumbled onto them yesterday, bought the live in Carthage album, love every song on there. Was so excited to see a guest spot by Don Airey. These guys are awesome!!
If you like the instruments in this one, wait until you see the keyboard setup in later videos - awesome. The reason I picked this one as primary over the other two suggestions, even though the videos for the others are better, is that this seems to be the beginning of the story. That hourglass shows up in the follow-on parts of the story.
To answer a few questions The band Myrath (MIR-wrath) is from Tunisia and their style is oriental metal. The language spoken in the antique shop scenes is Arabic, and they have two videos that are continuations to this one - "Dance" and "No Holding Back" You should check them out too.
Love Myrath. Not sure if you know, but there is a genre called Oriental metal. I really enjoy the eastern vibes that it brings in. You should look for more Oriental metal bands. You won't regret it if you liked this one.
it's just simple For example the Scandinavian metal bands and Celtic metal bands use his local musical instruments so myrath band does the same And I think the oriental metal was born now with this band "danse" and "no holding back"and " shehili" this songs of myrath band its very very interestings , you must react this songs
One of the few singers that I've seen able to mix western with eastern vocal styles. I love this band.
