How do I resolve my voice vlan working. Vlan works when by itself. The say vlan works as well. Thr phone vlan doesn't work when access and voice vlan is configured. Any idea? Not a Cisco phone.

Best of luck! STP is a little tough to digest unless you see it work in action. The tool I used was called a linksprinter from Netscout
How did you manage to locate the port in the wall that connects to Interface gi1/0/32 in the video?
I used a tool which makes it so much easier to get the interface. We have the linksprinter tool and if that doesn't work, I use LDWin
