Lodi Station Outlets live steam / diesel / electric driving around the shops and parking lot Mall

Update 2023: The complete train locomotive and rail cars is for sale in 2023 for $250K.
An interesting set up with a live electric and live diesel train servicing the different stores and parking of the outlet / mall.
The main locomotive is Sophie, a 440 Locomotive built by Severn-Lamb in the UK.
The locomotive was built in the UK by Severn Lamb and their model name is the “Texan”. In addition to the Texan, they produce other steam outline models know as a Jupiter, and Lincoln.

The other locomotive in the shed is Victoria. A third one can be seen as well.

These are mainly diesel with one being electric.
