I’m writing this on my husband’s RUclips account as I don’t have one yet. He died of cancer about 4 years ago. Aged 49. Totally unexpected! And looking back I have so many regrets, that I didn’t respond to God’s love wholeheartedly then so that I could love my husband way better than I did! Not that we had a bad marriage, but I could have done way better if I’d been secure in God’s love for me....
If you’re starting to bicker, argue, get stressed etc, go alone with Jesus until you feel secure in His love again and completely trust in His power to solve any problem, then come back together and fight back to back, not face to face. The enemy wants us to infight, which just distracts from the real battle. May God continue to bless you! Cherish each other.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry that you have regrets, but sharing what you did is bringing beauty from ashes. Keep you eye on His faithfulness, it will always be a balm to your heart especially in these matters.
