Benedict Wong is a g'ravely underrated actor! You should have seen him in Marco Polo, stéaling the show as Kublai Kahn himself. This guy could measure with Charly Dance in GoT as Tywin Lannister! He OWNED every scene he was in!
Like Nick Fury did... Though technically, he wasn't that memorable in the first Dr. Strange movie... but for every other film, they made the moments with him count...
FUN FACT: Wong almost wasn’t in this because, Scott Derrickson the director of Doctor Strange thought the version of him that appeared in the comics was an embarrassing racial stereotype but, after he chose to cast a caucasion and woman as The Ancient One Tilda Swinton, he felt it was even more racist to not include any Asian characters so, Wong was added to this and was changed from a manservant to a drill sergeant.

I dont like Wong. Having him be the Sorcerer Supreme is a spit in the eye of Doctor Strange and his fans. its as dumb as Jarvis being Thor or Alfred being Batman. It ruined the entire Doctor Strange movie franchise.
Nah, it’s probably during the events of No Way Home. We see Wong packing and going somewhere as he enters the portal. That portal must’ve make him went to Macau in Shang Chi.when he was doing cage fights.
JohnnyD31 for the first movie yes.. but strange is destined for being a top powerful sorcerer. Wong does mention that he has much to learn still but after seeing strange in infinity was and endgame you can kinda tell he’s way above Wong now and Wong kinda follows strange.
Wong literally deserved to be sorcerer supreme, he was the 1st to put up the shield when the bombardment was happening, shows how experience he is compare to the others.

Watching this in preperation for Shang chi - Really happy they decided to make Wong the second main character of the Doctor Strange part of Marvel so now rather than him just being in Doctor Strange 1 and 2 we have him in Infinity War, Endgame, Shang Chi, and Spider-Man

I've realized something about wong so far. In Doctor Strange 1, Wong has no hair or even a mustache. but after the first doctor strange, wong appeared in shang chi movies and he had already experienced a slight change in his face like he already had a mustache and hair.

To clear up the obvious question, the Endgame poster said Wong survived the snap and the script said he got dusted. I think since the script is the actual structure of the movie, Wong died but what do you guys think? Did he come to Tony and Pepper's wedding?
