Beware of local foods served in markets in kerala. Be it a hotel restaurant or road side food outlets majority prepare foods with unhealthy ingredients which are mostly stingy and stale in nature resulting in harmful health effects after consumption. Many hotels restaurants are sealed by Food and safety authorities for preparing foods in pathetic conditions... Even kerala police are also not trustworthy. Roads in kerala are very risky .
