Elena please read this just watched your most recent video on house shopping . I really think you should ask Preston to move you guys out of California. You can get a 3 bedroom big house for the price of your condo in Arizona or Nevada. Even Florida is a nice choice because it still has palm trees and beautiful weather. Tampa Florida is pretty cheap. Please consider it because a backyard could allow your kids to have a playground and you could even grow a garden with your mom etc to lower food cost. California isn’t the place for those strapped in cash right now.

Elena, I tested positive a couple years ago, because I just felt weird, and not myself. I took a rapid test, and sure enough it came back positive. I am a Teacher, so even with the vaccine I still ended up getting sick; however, I was told by the pharmacist that I probably would feel a lot worse, If it were not for me being vaccinated. I hope you and your mom get well soon❤
I understand you love the kids having Toys.❤ But it's a little overwhelming when they barely play with it all. Maybe taking them to their favorite restaurant or amusement parks would be better sometimes.

Covid it's airborne, so the best preventive measure to avoid infecting others or getting infected from others, is to clean the air through methods such as filtering (N95-N99 mask or air purifiers) plus ventilation. Washing hands and cleaning surfaces are necessary to avoid suffering additional infections unnecessarily.😅 Clearly in the store and restaurants no one in that family wore a mask to protect other people from their illness. Shameful.

I'm hoping you & your Mom have recovered well. I'm interested in your meal preps especially the potato dish. Did you boil the potatoes with the chicken you cooked? What do you do with the water after it's done cooking? Is it part of the dish or do you drain it? Aurora's new shoes...fancy. stay well all.
I put potatos raw, add water, cover with the lid, and it gets cooked through within 45 mins or so. If there is too much liquid left, I take lid off and it evaporates.

@@Teenywing yes, possibly over compensating for what she didn't get as a child. I do the same with groceries, growing up my mom struggled to keep food in the house, we ate but it was not enough at times. For my children, I stock up with more than we need probably from the trauma of going without.
