Dear Larry Murdoch, I am really appreciated your way of presentation on such an interesting topic, if possible could you explain How the Water Retention Curves can be achieved thorough Hydrus and Rosetta model?
Usually you would have measured the retention curve and then you would use the data in a simulation. It is possible to analyze experimental data and estimate the retention curve using inversion.
I have one year of data for wind speed, humidity, Max and Min temp, and solar radiation. I want to calculate the reference for evapotranspiration(ETo) using the PM method. Could you suggest to me how can I organize the data to run the Hydrus 1d and the processing, please?
Hi Greta, I use Hydrus 1D in my class and the video was made for the class. For 3D problems in partially saturated flow, I generally use Comsol Multiphysics. I also use Comsol for many other types of problems, so I have ready access and am familiar with it. That's why I use it, not because it is necessarily better than Hydrus 3D. Nevertheless, the end result is that I have not pursued using Hydrus 3D. Larry
Thank you for this video. You can't imagine the relief I have seeing this. I am really grateful
Nice lecturer with good explanation and tone
cheers - doing this for a class in my masters and it really helped!
great
Thanks for sharing and making such video. Be blessed
Thank you for this great tutorial!
Thanks
Hello , is there any possibility to have a video with an example using the root growth and root uptake for Hydrus 1d ?
Hi Larry, Thank you for the video. Where do we download this Exercise file from? Thanks
Dear larry..
Will you do a video on inverse solution with an example. Thank you
Where do we download the exercise file from
Hello, is there any possibility of having a video with an example using the groundwater contribution or capillary rise for Hydrus 1D?
Hi Larry, Thank you for this video. Could you let me know where can I find the "Hydrus 1D Excersise " file

thanks larry for the great video. can i ask how is it possible to receive the files wich are included in video?
Hello! Could you please let us know how to simulate/add Intermittent Loading Rate in Hydrus 1D?

Dear Larry, I am really grateful, do you can please do something about Hydrus 3D?

Hello sir I want to simulate heavy metal by hydrus 1D please guide me for this
Hello Great video
Where can i find the Hydrus 1D Exercise file
hi, nice video..can u give an explanation about soil profile module and how to set it?
hello, Please how can I get this Hydrus 1D Exercise in pdf.
Thanks
thank you very much
Dear larry, is there any video about hydrus calibrating?
Hi Marjan, Good idea, but I don't have a video for this. I will put it on the list of things to do. Larry
oh,thank you very much!
Nice, vídeo!
