I paid $37000 for my 2018 Chevy silverado LT z71 in 2018. This means in 5 years the price has gone up $20 grand! I don't think so Skippy! This is ridiculous! I'll litterly replace the entire drivetrain in my current truck before I pay what they want now smh....

This is NOT the 2.7L Turbo I drove despite looking the same 🙂. Check out the 2.7L series here - ruclips.net/p/PLRi1Gr46m0O7VDfxHV8DgRvQYPEYayPow

Great video on the LT. The rear cup holders are those optional with the cloth or only available with leather?

The rear armrest or the ones found at the rear of the center console?

57k for a 4 cylinder and cloth seats... crazy what people are willing to pay for in today's market.

No worries. This was actually filmed prior to me driving the 2.7 and it was all that was available otherwise I would have chosen a different color. I will put a disclaimer as a pinned comment because people may confuse them.

@@CarsMadeSimple man I'm in the market for a truck and really wanted to go new but it looks like it'll be tough to get a new Silverado with an 8 cylinder and some options for under upper 50s and to be honest it's a little more than I really wanted to spend.

Bro just wait 6 months or a yr and get a used one with 10- 20k miles on it.. The price will drop 5 grand or more for lightly used..

Curious to know if you had any issues with the infotainment system? I have a 23 Silverado LT / 2.7 and I love it except for the sound system. It randomly mutes itself and the only remedy is to stop, turn the truck off and open the door. Other times, the sound cranks to max for 5 seconds or so, then reboots itself and back to normal. Lastly I cannot make calls using the steering wheel button, the screen says "cannot connect". Mines goes in, in a week to see what's up,

I haven't heard too many complaints outside of the lagginess from time to time.

@@CarsMadeSimple Its a thing, many comments about this issue all over the interweebs. My drive off the lot was silent, figured it was me not knowing how to setup the radio...nope it was just muted. In one week it has happened three more times.
