This priest named Pucci succeeds in reshaping the universe, but this kid Emporio manages to fight him across space and time, ultimately killing Pucci and resetting the universe once again. All of that has absolutely fuck all to do with this, except for the fact that it introduced the concept of a multiverse within Jojo. Part 7 and Part 8 have nothing to do with the new timeline that began at the end of part 6. The main antagonist of part 7, President Valentine (the long haired guy in this video) has a stand named Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (or D4C) that allows him to travel across this multiverse.
This makes me think of how Johnny stood up against his oppressors, walked in the path of justice, took a leap of faith with gyro and continued moving forward with his two feet despite gyro not being there anymore
