  • This soup literally takes away your aches and pains. I can eat this all week and skip on my vitamins. Yes! It's packed with all the essential nutrients/vitamins and amino acids our body needs (Superfood as you may call it). Growing up, our lola Edna would always cook this as this is also my lolo Peping's favorite and it's always a hearty meal for us. There are different ways to prepare this soup. This is the closest I can get to my lola's recipe❤
    Ingredients:
    2 cups Moringa/Malunggay/Kamunggay
    1 med Sayote
    4 cloves Garlic
    1 med white Onion
    2 inches Ginger
    2 Stalks Spring onion
    Green Chili (optional)
    1 cup Chicken broth or 1 pc Chicken cube
    3 cups water
    Salt and Pepper
    *You can omit the Spring onion and Chili if you don't like them.It will still taste just as good..
    Prep and cook time: 30mins
