great video, and nice to see someone other than a mechanic using a 'RING' spanner, and NOT using the open end of it!, :-) correct side of it !!!, as there is weight on this, and if it was a 'crane'- as in Leibhier, the ones used for lifting building supplies, or bridge pieces during construction; a 'rigger' would have to sign off that it is safe, and truly doubt if they would knowing that a 'grip' only hand tightened it, or worse, used a spanner the wrong way, or not used a torque wrench to assure safety of this machine.
