@William Remember, every “body” has different preferences, so asking is important. Thank you for asking. Hands placed on or resting my head is fine. And the method I like my hair pulled is by running your fingertips from the nape of my neck, towards the crown (top of my head) until you can make a tight fist close to the scalp at the crown. Then squeeze you fist gently and eventually more tightly. I can take a lot of pressure but prefer you ease into it. Repeat with a slightly different clump of hair. Hope this helps. 💞
