- In the latest spectacle of unqualified dudes beating each other in the face comes Social Gloves Battle of the Platforms. Also known as the Tiktok vs RUclips boxing match. Naturally, I spent money to go see it in person in Miami, Florida so you don't have to.

My brain just can't compute boxing... I always assume those gloves are super squishy and it looks like their hands barely make contact but then they pull away and suddenly Bryce hall's face is bleeding
Gloves in some ways actually make it more dangerous. They can hit people with a lot more force wearing gloves and so do more damage than if they had none since their hands are protected. Some studies suggest they may even increase the likelihood of brain injuries.
