Excellent show! The choreography design was difficult and required very precise movements, but it was very well done, very professional. Nice to see smiling Pure on the keyboards, as well as Komare (?). Also nice to see Midori back onstage, too, and the ever-present Yui on thed clarinet. This was such a wonderful performance! I'm seeing greater presentation of American jazz/swing music from these girls than from American artists. Thank you so much for sharing. 😁

@Peter ... yes, each of the solo instruments/players have their own mics, my complaint as noted on another video was the overpowering bass guitar, and when called for the bass drum. Just too much, completely distorted and took out any and all of the woodwind and higher register instruments. Too much of a good thing can destroy the entire ensemble.... It's called balance so each plays their own part to contribute the complete sound of everyone as a whole.
I would love to do sound control for this group. What a challenge! But you're right about bass guitars, they're tyrants. When they first introduced a base guitar to my church's praise group it took me two weeks to learn how to control it, subdue it's natural tendency to dominate, and blend it in with the rest of the group.
@@paulmiller5037 You need to realize that this group has an expert in this. He is the famous ex band coach that knows everything. If the guitars are to loud, they have to be that way. He is the only one who is a professional. Everybody else does not know what they are talking about. In other words, they need to get rid of this piece of crap and hire a real music pro. And they are not that great just because they are ex Tachibana.
I sincerely hope that the management and members of O-Vils are able to make a success of this group such that the members can make a decent living performing. 😁👍👍👏👏
They will becomes a World Wide entertainments and will probably travel around the world performing to the audience and they are famous because they were ex- Kyoto Tachibana SHS Wind Marching Band World’s Best Entertaining
So i did not mistake at all. The style and move of a tachibana is in them. From the start alone you can feel them they were the orange fairy. But they are already grown and very profrssionals in music.

No one responded to your question after all these months. In case you are still wondering, this band has about forty members and the majority of them were Tachibana graduates that participated in the 2018 Rose Parade in Pasadena. Tachibana's nickname is "Orange Devils" thus this band called themselves O-VILS as an acronym. They formed the band for their love of music but since they are now either working adults or college students, only a subset of about twenty-five members perform each time when there is a concert. The two songs in this video are originals composed by the band leader Yuina Mita who is the drummer. She often gets regarded as the greatest Tachibana drummer ever.
@@LL-ii1dc While in no way denigrating the great talent of Yuina, the same has been said about Mentapu (class of 111) who is now marching coach for Kyoto Tachibana. Chippi is right up there with the best on the drums also. Kt has a proud tradition of drummers.

最初は全体の動きを見るけど、何回も見ているうちに、段々と一人一人の動きが浮き上がってくる。そして一人一人の懸命さが全体を作っていく感じがして来て、とても素敵です。

いやぁ～流石ですねぇ～ いつ見ても安心安定の「st.taketo」さん動画( ｀ー´)ノ 前田さんの方も見ましたけど、アングルが全然違うので面白いです！
「st.taketo」は上手（向かって右手）側からの撮影で、舞台の全体がコンパクトに収められていて、演者がどんな動きをしているのかが観れて良いです(^^♪

ファンクラブにも入ったし、殆どのメンバーの名前と顔は一致するようになった。橘時代の彼女達の動画を観たけど、どうしてもかなみさんの姿が見当たらない。彼女だけ精華女子卒業かもしれないと思っています。
