In state commision the criteria for filling complaint against seller that is the value of consumer's goods or services should be more than 1cr. But less than 10 cr.. Those consumers can also file complaints who are not satisfied by the decision of the districk govt
If any consumer is not satisfied by the decision introduced by the state commision for that he/she(consumer) can again fill complaint in natinal commision
In national commision there were one is president and other four members . One should be a woman the criteria for compaint in this is the value of consumer's goods or services should be mare than 10 crore . if after this that particular consumer is not satisfied for that he/she can go and file complaint in supreme cour(ONLY THOSE PEOPLE CAN FILE COMPLAINT WHO HAVING ATLEAST MORE THAN 10 CR.
