This new sounds reminds me a bit of the band Pitchshifter. Have you heard of them? They are also British but they've been rocking it since the early 90s ("Please Sir" is a classic)

I took an elbow to the ear bro ! ........ ahhhh we are definately back in the late 00's metalcore scene. Back in my metalcore band days I looked down one show just as some dude in the front row took an hard elbow to the nose whist we were playing and just started pouring blood. We went off after our set and the mens bathroom in this venue was like a murder scene I swear I thought someone had died and I can only imagine he was pissed as a fart because bloody hand streaks were all over the walls. Wyatt's face at 3:58 perfectly encapsulates the dude who elbowed mr nose bleeder........5 secs later straight back to the windmills. Good times.
