Survive was on their first album which would have made them 15, 13, and 10 years old at the time of the release. So they would have been slightly younger when writing the album. They were 17, 15 and 12 when the released Narcisista I think. Doesn't matter really just shows how talented they are.
@@Imabassplayer2 that's actually hilarious if you listen to the lyrics and then realize it's a 10 year old saying it haha. Amazing nonetheless, the warning is extremely talented group of ladies. Miss Daisy here is an amazing musician as well, she rocks.
@@Imabassplayer2 XXI Century Blood was released in 2017, so the ages of 17, 15, and 12 are correct in that regard. However the songs were written earlier over the course of a few years, so I think you're right about that.
Thanks Daisy! Great job & sound! A new Spector artist? Congrats! I love how the "Survive" bass line picks up a head of steam, especially in the outro breakdown! Ale's bass was a bit buried in the mix at times on XXICB, but we're happy she has now come to the front!
By chance at the winter window, as the algorithm introduced me, when I opened my RUclips window, the first video I saw was your video. I'm sitting on a bench by the quiet lakeside and watching your video while enjoying my favorite sunset scenery. When I watch your video, everything feels like a dream. Thank you for wrapping my loneliness with love for your video. The dazzling morning, the scent of the afternoon, and the black night sky can all be beautiful because of your image next to me. Please share all the joys, sorrows and love in the world and make good videos as always. Why did you have such a wonderful talent that is full of strange charms unique to your video? I was amazed at the excellence of your skills and was moved by your sincerity and hard work while watching the video. I am watching your video as if in a dream. My wet eyes that stayed in the neon light like tears that filled the early morning sky in winter were moved by your video and fell in love. The countless stars shining in the winter night sky are each beautiful, but I fell in love with your image shining in my heart and it is the most beautiful. I can't stop thinking your video is so good. Watching your video under the night sky at dawn when the cold winter wind blows is so beautiful and enchanting. It is your video that I want to watch over and over again. By chance at the winter window, as the algorithm introduced me, when I opened my RUclips window, the first video I saw was your video. Argh! How could I have missed this???!!! I guess because it's unlisted and I happened to searching your channel to see what other TW songs you had covered. Either the first or second TW original I heard and still hands down my favorite. Just so much fun.
@@DaisyPepperBass Really hard not to enjoy Survive, which is my favorite (and one of my favorite pieces of music in any genre). Played really well as you did, only that much harder. Not that I'm ever going to try hard not to enjoy it :-)
Thank you!! I have already done a bunch, planning on doing so many more! Check out my playlist of them: ruclips.net/p/PLASD75qG6foi0ZTwamIxf2l72TV6TvqyR

Always love your work Daisy pepper ❤️❤️🌶️❤️. I am so glad I am supporting you through your patroen it cost hardly anything and I can keep up to date on what amazing things you get up too. Love you lots your friend and supportive bf (lol I wish). Adam 💞💞
Daisy Pepper, what are doing young woman? I didn't know you also are a Spector artist. Talking about an upgrade of the Spector family; big congratulations♥♣. Needless to say that this version of survive proves them right in their choice. Only about 90 miles to Ipswich, well well well☺.
Do you play fretless, Daisy? A cover of something by Japan featuring the legendary Mick Karn would be super interesting. Maybe their song "Swing" would be good. Thank you. Regards from Lancashire.
Hi Daisy. Past Friday The Warning launched their Mayday tour with a gig in a small club which they played several times in the past. It was a blast. There are already different recordings of the concert. One of them is from The Warning Army and is on the first row of the stage relatively near to Ale's speaker. The result is a beautiful recording of her sound and way of playing [ruclips.net/video/hlA37APFMq0/видео.html]. I know you're a big Muse fan. I think Muse is a great band from a compositorial perspective however when I listen to many of their live gigs the sound of the guitar and bass often operate in round a bout the same sonic sphere which to me makes it messy to listen to. Ale like you is also a huge Muse fan but when I listen to her I much more get the feeling of listening to a bass player that is influenced by funk and soul bass players in the 60s and 70s. Some of her Bass lines in Choke are almost jazzy imho. Because Ale is pretty low in the sound spectrum she leaves a lot of space for the vocals, guitar and drums which to me is one of the interesting things of The Warning, next to their harmonies and songwriting. It sometimes reminds me of The Police in it;'s attitude of combining the instruments; by the way The Police were a pretty hardcore band in the beginning. Don't feel obliged to look at it if you don't want to or do not have the time. I just share the knowledge with you, so you that it is there on YT. Also watched you vid with Jason Payne: that's proper shit in a good way☺. Keep it up. Past Thursday was also great. Keep it up. 2-3GO.
Congratulations on being a Spector artist! I'm a bit surprised that you didn't use one of the newer live versions, where there's a bass line during the intro (they sometimes don't use the piano, and use a light guitar during the first part of the intro, and then Ale plays a nice little bass line during the second half). E. g. ruclips.net/video/Zqq7duw_H3o/видео.html
Thank you!! I was going to, however it would have been a mixing nightmare considering the bass levels are a lot louder in live versions! I prefer to just stick with studio versions in covers unless there is a huge difference like a new verse etc. I did base this cover off of the Gramercy performance in NYC though :D
