The last time I tried to spot stain remove a new men’s new suit jacket, the stain came out, but I ended up getting water stains. So to remove the water stains, I tried hand washing the whole suit jacket and the water stains came out. It seem that the whole jacket fabric needs to be completely wet to dry evenly. Like when you wash your clothes in the washer and everything gets completely wet. So I used that logic and it worked.
