It's happened more than just 3 times this season. 💀
Regarding previous episode, there's so much details the anime skipped over in the LN which explains why Kazuma suddenly became a menace in that episode. His biggest strength lies in the fact that he has the weakest, most basic job class, ie, Adventurer. This allows him to pick up all kinds of skills all across the board. Advanced job classes can't do that. Eg: A SwordMaster can only learn sword skills, an Archer can only learn archery skills, an Arch Mage can only learn offensive magic, a Thief can only learn thief skills etc. But Kazuma can learn them all, even skills meant only for Undead creatures like Drain touch. That's what makes him a problem, his versatility. Direct quote from the LN, "he may not be a master of any, but he is a Jack of all trades". And when he actually gets serious for once and actually uses his brains along with all these skills he becomes a menace. The raid was even more epic in the LN. Kazuma was also combining Earth and wind magic to create literal pocket sand to blind his enemies, used his high luck stat with his archery accuracy to flip around 180 degree while jumping and shooting an arrow to shatter the magic staff of the other Mage bodyguard of Iris. Everyone was mad impressed and outright scared of him. And his defeat of Mitsurugi was even more brutal. Man not only waterboarded the poor guy, but again froze all the water down his throat and nostrils and almost killed him.

I don’t understand how the “weakest class” is the only one that doesn’t have any limitations on what skills they learn. Does the light novel go into more depth about the advantages of being in a specified class or?

At 4:38 & 7:00 for those curious, throughout the Konosuba story, it's confirmed that Aqua does not wear underwear. 7. Key phrase for EP 7: "Darkness's father is sick." 8. Vanir is a demon that feeds on disappointment, which is why he likes to bully. 9. Kazuma gets hit by Darkness, Aqua consoles him. They truly have the best brother-sister relationship. 10. Aqua is more powerful than Vanir. The only entity that can oppose Vanir when he gets angry is Aqua. This is why Kazuma always brings Aqua to business negotiations with Vanir. 11. When being interrogated by Vanir, Darkness mentions she has a six-pack. When Claire slashes at Darkness, her hand can block the sword. And for those who forgot, in the previous season during the journey to Alcarentia, they encountered a group of ostriches that target hard objects on the road, and they chased Darkness. Sorry to say, Darkness is "hard." 12. The Kowloon Hydra is a monster that has long inhabited that lake. It cannot be defeated and has only been sealed by making it tired until it hibernates again.
In case anyone hasnt realize or doesnt know, include Mitsurugi, there are actually other isekai'ed person like that guy who died on 1st episode of this season with cheat ability But so far only Kazuma who doesnt have cheat but also had it at same time that is infinite resurrection As all other isekai'ed person follow rule was set by not allowed to respawn when they died like goddess Eris mentioned on S1 during Kazuma first death And later Kazuma will found a loophole or kind of glitch that he will exploit to make him stronger while being at weakest class 🤭
I'm convinced if Kazuma were to ever become the typical OP main character he would act like a more pervy Gojo with the way he feels himself while also giving some care to certain people.
Next episode will basically cover the next upcoming scenes regarding that hydra fight, and after reading the LN, ITS just more shenanigans as shit never falls right for kazuma and even if it does its for a fleeting moment 😂
