Its rather simple, the illusion clearly shows people things they regret the most. For Frisk, it was killing everyone. For Toriel, it was letting the kids be killed. But this Chara has no regret for their actions. This Chara would likely take the exact same actions if given the chance to change, and would kill everyone again without any care in the world

@@Marselo-uo7do Betty would honestly die against lvl20 Chara & Buddy(basically lvl20), since Frisk was able to deal actual damage against Betty; so doubling that on top of the fact Chara & Buddy are more than likely better fighters than Frisk..yea I don't really see any conceivable way for Betty to stand a chance in a 2v1 on her(it) own.
This Chara doesnt need to save Asriel. In Glitchtale, Chara does have enought power to kill Betty
