Hey keith, how do you actually get better at ball handling most drills don't work are there actually specific drills that work best?
I need help with my shooting. When I shoot, the last fingers to leave the ball are the index and middle fingers. I think I’m doing everything about my shooting right but still I’m missing most of my mid range and 3 point shots. What should I do
Can you do a defense workout?
how to do the push cross in detail
Episode 3 ??
can you make more videos of fulling breaking down moves
Yup
Yo what's good bro, I'm from CT would love to hoop or get some work in with you sometime!
is your online program still available?
I need help on building my range. I can shoot with good form inside the 3 point line, but right when I get outside my shot starts to get ugly and I’m just throwing it up. What’s something u can do to help this?
Weight room and moving ball before body
Hey quick question I’ve been trying to push my self ever day no matter what even waking up at 3 before school and trying to get 8 hours on the weekends that’s my plan but I can rarely do it because of the tendinitis in my knees I try doing things where I don’t run or jump but the pain keeps getting worse to the point where doing long walks will effect me later I know your not a doctor and I’m seeing some for it but as another hooper do you think that it will lead to more serious injury that would effect my career
I'm no doctor myself, but there are a couple tips I'd give you.
Firstly, getting up at 3 is great, but ONLY if you're getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Without that, you can't expect to not get injured.
Secondly, it's great to get those 8 hours of work in, but it's better to build up to that and even then go in incremental workouts of 1-2 hours max, followed by 2-4 hours of rest and back at it. This way your workouts can be more intense and you're less likely to get injured. About that building up, if you went straight into 8 hours/day or getting up at 3am, its hard for your body to adapt to that. Incrementally build up, do some isometrics and you'll be straight.
@@futurekyrie thanks I really appreciate you taking the time to do this series and commenting back
I have the same knee pain as you. I feel you bro 😢
Keth had a question should I follow a schedule where 1 week I focus on knocking down the shot then the second week I focus on the moves into the shot
Dropping a workout plan soon that will help that exact thing
Appreciate u
First
could you do an in depth tutorial on crossovers
Yes
Yo Keith can I get some motivation
Aye keith bro everytime im tryna do some moves like btl btb it get stolen and they constanty be poking

If you're under 6'3" please do not put your life into basketball you will NOT make it to the league. Get a scholarship somewhere and get a diploma and play the game you love at the same time.
