When you sign up for a trial you get access, but if you change it you won't be able to change it back. If you've signed up anytime after AI was initially released you'll have the configuration, if you signed up before you won't. I mentioned it's not"official" yet, because they haven't yet added in the ability to select their connection unless you leave the settings alone. You MIGHT convince Support to get someone high enough who knows the information login to your instance and configure it, if you point out the Release Notes in 2.146 that talks about AI Improvements and mentions hosted customers get access.
@@risingtidegroup would you recommend saving some money and using their connection on a live system or will we be best doing our own? We use openai ATM, haven't polished it off yet so also happy to look into azure
Yes, using custom runbooks to automatically set the category instead of just suggesting it. I wouldnt recommend just doing it blindly however. I feed it a list of categories it has to line up with
Thank you very much for doing this - had a few issues - but kept watching and you fixed them! Cheers
Amazing thanks for posting this. Everything was broken in mine and the documentation was severely lacking to properly setup.
You're welcome!
Can existing setups use halos Azure ai? Support didn't know anything about a halo supplied connection which tbh would be fine for us

Have you managed to get it auto triaging categories and priorities?
