It makes a little sound when it happens and it seems like it has a mechinism to just shoot all the casing out of the cylinder, kind of a neat idea for a revolver tbh
These of course, as always, are pretty awesome, but I noticed that the missle launcher looks strange. The left hand left the screen and then almost immediately loaded the missile from the top of the screen in a little jarring. Maybe a slight delay or a sound indicator or the missile being pulled would help make it seem less like the courier had a third arm 😂
If I'm remembering correctly, a lot of the animations were made to be the same length as their vanilla counter parts as not to mess with the balance of the weapon.
@@nonocon0618 Nope, they're not. You're thinking of Clean/Anniversary animations. @benjamenortiz is more or less correct--the animation is just a bit weird and it's a bit sloppy in some parts. I'm also not too bothered by it personally, and it was a gigantic pain to work with in the first place, so I'm probably not going to remake it.
@joeypayne3792 Oh, I remember reading on a lot of the individual pages for your animations that you managed to get them right on time or very close. Since you're here, did you guys fix the animations for the battle rifle? The ammo swap animation wasn't working. I looked into it myself and fixed it. It's been a while, but I think the config/ini file for it was either pointing to the wrong folder or the line in the ini was missing altogether.
@@nonocon0618 It's true that I tried to get my animations right on time or as close as possible if I could, but it wasn't the highest priority for the kNVSE sets. The Missile Launcher set is definitely longer. I was, I guess, trying to cap it at 6 seconds so it didn't take forever to reload. No, I'm pretty sure we didn't touch the Battle Rifle. We'll look into it.
Were there any problems with the trail carbine last patch? Must be my ISA installation order, but the trail carbines sights are much lower than the invisible reticle/center of the screen in my build. I’ll update and check it out.
@@random-guy579 Weapon mods are great and all but they just can't beat the art style of the older games. In an ideal world, we'd get these guns with Fallout 4 level customization.p

Maybe letting the barrel drop under its own weight or servo and, thus, moving the supporting hand off-screen earlier could help a little.
