Thanks for the awesome run down. I have Zoho One with my small team of two people. Two questions.
We provide event planning services. I am building a roadmap for my clients to follow the timeline of their planning process. When some things are due, explainer videos links for what they can expect, onboarding links they can provide venue information etc. It is 90% the same for every client but the due dates change and I'd like a way to show them where they are on the roadmap when they look at it. Or even prompt them automatically when something is due. Some clients are high-touch and always will be but I want the option for them to self-educate if they choose. My engagement with them is around 3-4 months and I've generally got around 40 clients at the same time at various stages. I've looked at Zoho Desk, Projects, etc and am overwhelmed. Everything seems built for slightly different purposes. Ideas?
And the second question. Please, please, Greg, what does the bottom of your shirt say? Where do I belong?

Hi PokerPeople! We'd recommend starting with the CRM Portal for this use-case. You can invite them in to see the CRM Deal record and what stage you are at in their process. Benefits of this approach (vs. something more custom) is that you can test the waters and see if your clients will use the portal with an inexpensive and relatively easy to implement solution.
For the more important question... the full text of Greg's shirt is "You Belong Somewhere You Feel Free" :^)

Another excellent video - thanks ❤
My current frustration is that not everybody intends to scale up into running a team and the market lacks modern CRM tools for service-providing solopreneurs who still need a CRM to keep client data but do not need staged pipelines for their processes cause they have an electronic scheduling tool which bills their 1-1s & group sessions, therefore no complex biz operations take place until they create & launch a digital product for example.
I am in this position now and for example Folk CRM looks cool & modern as an option but still not worth me paying 20 USD a month for a custom-made database with a social media chrome extension.
At the moment, I am using Zoho Bigin out of lack of better tools only due to its integration with Zoho Sites, and I am using it as a rollerdex essentially since I don’t need team pipelines at all but I would love a centralised inbox with all email and social media messages in one place instead and that would be a big winner (plus embeddable forms and a browser extension for scraping as a cherry on top, etc…) - could I build this kind of a CRM with Zoho Creator and how long would this take ? 😅
    Thanks in advance
