I've watched around 50 tailwhip tuition videos, as an adult trying to learn with my son, this video is the only one that has been any help....its easy for a pro to do an instructional video who has been doing the trick for years. I needed to see the progress journey to bring the reality of it into perspective! Amazing job fellow scotsman 👍🏻

@@benjim1491 hmm bro it's really not that difficult maybe you doing something wrong. Go to your local skatepark and ask for help. Maybe try to kick the back of the scooter with your feet and try to spin it. Just be awere of your ankles 🙌😂

i scootered for 3 years and this is fun to watch because i understand the pain and frustration this gives you. Especially those last couple tries before you get it when you’re so close.

I was about to give up on this trick/sport. But this video gave me motivation again. I'm on the EXACT same pace as you. I'm on day 2 and I've got the technique down but I cant seem to get it under my feet in time and I swing it to the side. Thank you very much for this great video!

Your joy in completing a task or even just the general thrill you would get from seeing someone achieve a task never seems to impressnor win me over (if that make any sense). But hearing your partner scream and laugh with such joy always does. I had a scooter phase a little bit ago, and I was a little kid so I wasn’t very athletic and I probably would’ve learned super fast if I was older, but it took me like 2 months to learn so this is impressive.

I've been riding my scooter for over 2 years now and tricks i can do are: bhop 180 to 180 nofoot and more... I'v e been learning tailwhip for months, my man learning to scoot and do tailwhip within a few days 👏

Well you need to try hard and you will land it in no time. I landed it in 30 minutes, actually 3 days but practiced 10 minutes per day. Like that i learned double whips too

And a month in and I can now fakie, bar, catch a whip, 180, wheelie, and nose manual 180 for some reason. These kids just need to try.
