Great review! I feel like they only made the T8 because some people will not buy a DE. Now that I know this is a 1:1 clone of an MWS I know what I want next (one day!). Do you know if the buffer tube is mil-spec?
Hi there, Thanks. The buffertube of the MWS dose fit milspec stocks, but I found that with the rifles I've owned, there is a little play, so some shimeing is required to eliminate the lose fit.
Well the Cyma version is pretty much a more “quality” version of DE. Without having the zet plate which isn’t really necessary with all the steel components. You can definitely see and feel the difference between Cyma and the DE. But for the cost, DE is a good choice. Just a few upgrades and you’re good to go
Honestly, our TM replicas are as expensive as they are due to the exporting/importing process. It is EXPENSIVE to export from Japan and equally expensive to import, I know guys that have visited Japan and returned with TM replicas for around a third of the price we pay here. Things may have changed mind you but they simply had to pay duty and make sure they were flying on Airsoft friendly airlines with all the correct paperwork so the price is the extra faff on this end.

Here in Asia they restocked it with the Gen 2. I don't know what changes they made but the Gen 1's issues are mainly the charging handle and mags, something i hoped they changed in the Gen 2.

If you're looking at one fully upgraded with little to no work, stay tuned for more videos in the mws gbbr system coming soon.
I have just bought the guns modify Evo fully assembled bolt and nozzle, they come highly recommended. It doesn’t have the spring at the front for the locking lugs, wondered why guns modify don’t go with it. What does that actually do.
Hi there, the spring-loaded locking lugs are just there to absorb the impact of the bolt hitting the chamber and also help with stopping over penetration of the nozzle into the bucking.
I did watch this video again and I've noticed that you had .20 grams BB's and greengas, while the chrono was on .25. That's going to give you unrealiable results.
Hi there, the purpose of putting tape inside the magwell is only meant to stop the excess movement of the magazine. The main reasons for broken nozzles are due to overloading the mags and slaming them in on a closed bolt. The other reason is using higher powered gas, for which the bolt was rated. For example, here in the UK, nuprol 2.0 green gas is fine, but using it in a hotter/more humid country will result in too much force, and the nozzle will break. The last reason is just the quality of the part batch could be just off and therefore problems occur. Hope that helps.
Hi there, no, I have not had any major issues. The first 500 rounds or so the trigger felt gritty, but over time, it has polished and smoothed it's self out.
Also Andy, the cyma has a steel bolt and adjustable trigger box. A steel bolt is about 100lbs more in itself. Gunsmodify mags are going to be better than both lancer and DE mag.
Hi there, I do go regularly to Halo Mill CQB Arena. It's an awesome site and allows me to put them through their paces in combat and not just on my range. Hope that helps.

I just bought this replica but I'm struggling to get the bolt caught back when I fire the last bb or dry fire, I just have the stock mag to test it out. Any idea of what's going on?
Hi there, it sounds like a gas type issue. The first thing to do is to insert an empty mag and pull the charging handle to the rear. If the bolt locks back, then you know it's not an issue with the zet system, and it is the type of gas you're running.
Hi there, cyma partnered with T8, double eagle just did their own thing and licenced the Noveske N4 from EMG. I'm currently filming a comparison video with my cyma/T8 vs my Double Eagle

Can anyone recommend a flat face trigger that would work with this? Thank you! Also I woule just be able to replace the buffer tube with a real milspec buffer tube just keep using the included weight and spring correct?
Hi there, you should take a look at the TAC AC trigger from C&C, as for the buffer tube. No, you can't or shouldn't be able to with the MWS platform regardless of manufacturer. The threads of the buffertube and receiver are different. The MWS buffertube internally is slightly smaller in diameter but externally will fit most milspec stocks. You can get an enhanced buffertube from Guns Modify if you want the single piece milspec look. Hope that helps.
@MiddleAgeGameruk Thanks I was looking into the BCM 11.5 GBBR by vfc people are saying it's better than this one any thoughts? Sorry I'm a noob to all this!
Hi there, it all depends on what you're looking to get out of your gbbr. Vfc makes amazing products. The BCM series, especially the new mk2 versions, are a solid realistic gbbr and are growing with parts accessibility. If you are looking for affordable, reliable, and cost-effective in your gbbr, then the Marui MWS GBBR is the way to go. My first gbbr was the TM M4A1 MWS. It was a good step into the gbbr world, and as you can tell from my channel, I've had many since. My best advice is to choose what feels right for you. If you like the BCM look, then go for it.
Hi there, then go the vfc route. The vfc is very good in the realism department. There are more and more parts each month coming out for vfc gbbrs, and I would definitely recommend the mk2 BCM over the original mk1.
The stock bucking of the noveske n4 mws is capable of lifting .3s but only out to approx 20m. If you're running that weight, I'd suggest a tight, bore inner barrel and bucking suitable for the weight you're using. Together, they are relatively inexpensive, and you can also chainge the nozzle to a ratech npass nozzle to deal with jule creep. Hope that helps.
Hi there, the Noveske N4 gbbr from Double Eagle is still running great. If you're new to the M4 gbbr platform, then yes, this is a great start. This uses the TM gas system, and their mags run great in this replica.
VFC sucks, Their QC non-existent and their parts breaks easily everybody who understands the Taiwan productions knows that GHK and Viper are the best if you want: 1. Recoil 2. Durability 3. Reliability VFC got them none. get the upcoming GHK V3 AR if you want recoil. Yet, if you have a brain, just get a piece of Marui, which its QC is done by Japanese. Both stock GHK V3 AR and Viper has the most steel parts and 7075 aluminum available. By just changing the nozzle, they both can take CO2 and still having a longer lifespan that an easily broken VFC. It is simply unbelievable that VFC's reputation somehow magically become so good in the western english speaking societies. VFC is considered only Tier 2 among Asian places, be it Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan; and Marui, GHK being Tier 1.

The first week the m249 is out, we have been witnessing broken parts in games with our bare eyes. MCX and MPX even worse, broken receivers, broken bolt, broken outer barrel, you name it. I have switched from AEG and started building my own GBBs since 2012, I have just built one this month earlier. No one understands we Asian more than ourselves. VFC is notorious here in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Second handed VFC don’t sell unless it’s there’s no alternative like the MPX or the M249 or they’re sold cheap. Here only newbies get VFCs and we have seen many regretted faces and most of the time they switch back to either Marui or GHK.

Real lancer AR mags kinda suck. They look cool but that's about all they have going for them. Most well done tests show they're massively worse than pmags or even standard stanag mags. I'd suspect that's the major factor in why they're rarely seen in use. Too many problems, too unreliable.

Hi there, the Noveske N4 gbbr from Double Eagle is still running great. If you're new to the M4 gbbr platform, then yes, this is a great start. This uses the TM gas system, and their mags run great in this replica.
i have 3 DE, i sold my mws for this... if u change nozzle, and hopup rubber, u are laser
@Rockytherottweiller what parts do you recommend I am tempting to order this today
How does the "recoil" compare to VFC?
The vgc dose recoil more due to the steel bolt carrier and heavy buffer. I'm doing a comparison video, so I will hopefully explain better there
@@MiddleAgeGameruk nice, looking forward to that video!
VFC sucks,
Their QC non-existent and their parts breaks easily
everybody who understands the Taiwan productions knows that GHK and Viper are the best if you want:
1. Recoil
2. Durability
3. Reliability
VFC got them none.
get the upcoming GHK V3 AR if you want recoil.
@@jasonlai980142 you’re like a decade behind because the game has changed. Vfc has vastly improved and is now considered the best, while ghk gone downhill in quality a lot.
@@ExiLeZH GHK’s AK’s reputation has gone down, because the 2019 receivers weren’t made by themselves but the LCT. Yet for GBB M4, GHK and Marui are still mostly used in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
What VFC has changed is their PR skills
Their QC has not changed at all and they are still using cheaper and weaker materials.
Where did you order from for this ?

inthought souble eagle was a entry level brand
Hi there, Double Eagle, over the past few years, has been making a name for itself in the AEG category, going from entry-level to good solid built. This is their first Gas Bloback, and you'll have to watch the review to find out if they are continuing there climb up the ladder to success.
Dissamble it
Real lancer AR mags kinda suck. They look cool but that's about all they have going for them. Most well done tests show they're massively worse than pmags or even standard stanag mags. I'd suspect that's the major factor in why they're rarely seen in use. Too many problems, too unreliable.
