NO. i live a very new town, still demolishing its old houses. i live in a fairly new house (made in 2020) and its 2 storey, so the land doesnt need to be big. anyway ONLY the LAND for my house cost 1 million AUD. and i payed 600k for the house. since prices are going high and theres gonna be an airport near me, it might go up in price. its literally 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms 😭

For reference it equates to 2200usd a month which is technically middle class here in America so with that being said a nice place like that id assume low income housing is anything between 1100/1400usd which isnt a lot considering how much you get
