Gotta love Arnoz's stuff, they really work well. My whole cab is powered by Arnoz. What would be great though is if his boards could be stacked/attached togeather like RPi daughter boards are. That way we can just have one central control box so to speak. Obviously the fuses would need to be relocated to the top.
Nice review. I already have a rigmaster, which is overkill for my current setup. I am now telling myself i dont need new boards, i dont need new boards. If it aint broke....but the dude looks so nice!
@@MajorFrenchyyep. Still fixing up real ones. It’s a hoot. You should try it. Pretty fun to get them working again! I need to get back into the virtual stuff. It was a lot of fun! Haven’t played it much since the babies were born… almost 3 years ago. 😂
I did a fresh install Windows 11 and a Pinup Popper Baller install ver 2311, got everything wired up and in the cabinet, but I'm having button troubles Arnoz Dude Cab Configurator detects the buttons and the solenoids and the solenoids test out fine , and I configure them manually in "Configure VPX itself, but VPX does not recognize any of the buttons, works fine with keyboard. The only difference between the older install and the new fresh install is that on the new fresh install Dude Cab configurator put it on Com 4 and the version that it was working on was Com3 joy.pnl sees the Dude board and the buttons light up when pushed in the joy.pnl. Nothing in VPX standalone or in Pinup Popper. Any ideas on what I am missing?
I think Arnoz ships worldwide. And this does not do addressable led. The Pinmos board does. I made tutorials on it in the past , you can check my list of videos
@MajorFrenchy thanks Frenchy. Ive been trying to contact the Cleveland guy but the extreme kit is too much to afford and pay the taxes. I don't mind solenoids much, but a shaker plunger and leds would be the sky for me. By the way my board is so simple it only lights one button
Did you felt the deference in latency for the flipper buttons? Love that we now have a one tailored solution for every pincab needs and no need of the KLZ25. Great review 👍👍
Thank you for the comments. I personally did not feel a big difference. But very tough to measure the actual latency. I just went by what Arnoz told me. He has tweaked the Flipper ports to be faster than the regular Dude's cab ports. For folks that are entirely geared towards virtual pinball performance and have a real leaf switch, it probably will make a difference.
Great video for great boards. Thank you for being awesome Major Frenchy! Thank you Arnoz for powering up and improve our hobby!
Little details about these boards really do separate them from other options in my mind... love that you can set an LED falloff on the flashers!
Great to see you back. Arnoz puts out the best stuff IMO
Thanks. It has been awhile. Glad to see you watching the videos
Really nice to see a new generation of controller. Arnoz is doing some amazing work
Thank you for going over boards with the masses

Great recommendation, i will mention it to him.
Great overview, bud. I don’t plan on building a new cab anytime soon, but I may just buy these boards in the mean time.
Thank you.
I just odered the new dudes board. Your vid comes very handy. Thx a lot :)
Glad I could help!
Thanks to you Major Frenchy and to Arnoz! Great video overview of some really nice hardware!
Yeah, i bought a weemos with teensy from them. Dosent work. So i bought octoboard and worked like a charm!

Keep the Rigmaster, it's a good board
Why not available the board in configurator? :( Vpx use buttons but configurator not use :(
Makes me want to rebuild my cab. Very nice.
How have you been man. Still fixing pinball cabs? That will be one of my project one day. Buy a damaged one and rebuild

Is it possible to import a board like this to brazil? Does it work with addressable leds or do I have to buy a another sub board?

Funny shit. Mirrors my issues as well. Cheers
nice Video thx im also order the Dudes Board, is it possible to share whit us the 3D Printing Plunger stuff? thx for that
Arnoz sell those as well and I believe he is actually giving away the file on the plunger page
Check Arnoz's actual plunger description page. He was nice enough to share the STL: shop.arnoz.com/en/3d/65-67-plunger-3d-print.html#/26-color-black
Having something to replace the kl25z is a god save!
Yeah. I stopped counting how many kl25z i blew over the years i stopped counting at 4 😅
Merci petit chaton
Ca fais plaisir gros minet
With the Dude's board...do no longer need a KLZ?
That is correct. And it does not work with the Pinscape
Slightly NSFW at 4:51 that RGB button board has a little easter egg.
Not to blow your scoop, but all his boards do. 😄
