If they shrink the text size and line spacing, and if they slightly decrease paper thickness, they could fit the whole text and many great illustrations in a 700/750 pages book. I sure hope they won't split the book in two.

I wasn’t planning on it, but tonight I walked into a bookstore, saw this edition and bought it. Just did a full flip through and teared up with joy and wonder at every page. It was like reliving my childhood. Best money I ever spent.

The book is really interesting but is there a version without the interactive parts? those are movig parts and the easiest to destroy and ruin the feel of the book.

This is why I'm an aunt. So thrilled, I'm going to gift every Christmas this edition of the books to my nephew. I hope they finish the whole series with this design. I think it's good to wait a year for each book as we had to do. Each year you grew with Harry simultaneously, and you felt that personal growth in the books as well. I love it.

WOW, I'm just speechless! I thought that House Edition books were beyond excellent, but this book is such a masterpiece, a piece of magical art! This book was definitely made with such consideration and love, it's just... wow. Thank you SO MUCH for showing us that, I truly enjoyed such a video and didn't want it to end. Love your channel!
I just watched this after my mom just scolded me for reading Harry Potter for the whole day and not doing my revision for my math, and this just made my day and made me remember Harry Potter stays with me, Always💙

Wow this book is stunning. I’m 30 now and have a baby and I remember reading the HP books when I was a kid, I read the original editions as they came out before the movies and I remember imagining the world of HP as I was reading the books. These editions bring back major nostalgia and it’s amazing to see my imaginations when I was reading the books as a kid come to life through the illustrations. I just find these editions so exciting to share with my baby one day when he’s old enough to read HP. So thankful for Minalima for making these. The interactive element will be so exciting for a kid.
Exact same situation I'm in. I'm hoping to get these for my daughter in ten years time when she's old enough to start reading this masterpiece.

People were like “ooo the maze was creepy” & I’m like “OBVIOUSLY, you didn’t read the book” 😒💁🏽♀️

The thing is that I'm the type of reader who likes to ponder in my imagination while reading. Rereading paragraphs and chapters since they were so good multiple times before moving on with the story. This book is going to become one of my favourites all over again! Im so excited.

Just got mine today and while I was opening it I was jumping around and it is actually beautiful, I do not regret buying this at all especially since I bought it as my Christmas present for myself
I bought this as a gift to my friend, who is currently living half around the world from me, literally, and she loved it. She was even afraid of damaging the book, so she would not unwrap the book, because she wanted to keep it safe.
She loves Book 1 really much, that's why I chose to this one as my gift to her. This could be the best gift I've ever given to someone.

The amount of effort put in the illustrations for this book is simply stunningly beautiful.
Yes I Juat got my signed copy in the mail and I cannot stop looking at it. So beautiful!! This is what I want to see when I am looking at an illustration!! The previously released illustrated versions where disappointing to me so I didn't buy them. There is something on every page in this book. And not only are they visually more asceticly pleasing yo me, they look more how described or how I imagined.. MinaLima really nailed it on this!!
I am not a book collector but I would collect all of these if they do release one for each book.

I love how there's the stained glass in the beginning with baby Harry and then echoed again with Harry and Dumbledore in the hospital wing. I'm asking for a copy for Mother's Day 😀

The gold reminds me a lot of the old leather bound collector's edition of Sorcerer's Stone.

Absolutely love this edition I got it on Christmas Day of last year. I read again last month. It was so wonderful reviving again every page. Had so much fun with the interactive parts. MinaLima is awesome 👏🏻

I actually have not read the books yet, which bothers me almost daily, but since discovering the illustrated series, I now know which series I WISH to purchase, so it is really nice to see those ahead of time. It will be fun to discover all of the little bits of detail the movies could not feasibly fit in, thx peter.

Jai Singh slightly abridged means that the story is slightly modified and in this version it has scenes and characters that were not there in the original copy

What makes you think so? This is a quote from the sales page "J.K. Rowling's complete and unabridged text is accompanied by MinaLima's handsome colour illustrations". Where did you read that they changed the story? It would be a very weird decision.

I just ordered this for $21.74 on Amazon with free prime shipping. I don't see how they could do this with the longer books, like Order of the Phoenix & Deathly Hallows without the books being two feet thick!

I would call myself a ‘Muggle’ because I still haven’t finish reading all the books but I already watched the movies. I have a pdf file of all the books but I don’t have an actual physical Harry Potter book. My Mom ordered the Mina Lima edition of the Philosopher’s Stone and I am very excited to get it because it is my first physical Harry Potter book haha. I am currently reading the books through the pdf file. I am very excited to get the Mina Lima edition of the Philosopher’s stone on my hands so that I can read it again but with an actual book. 😃📖👓
