I had a similar incident with my 4th grade social studies teacher. He was easily one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, he never even raised his voice, and everyone loved him. There was this kid, and all year he had been an absolute b*tch, messing with pretty much everyone and not doing any work. One day, the teacher got fed up with him, and in an episode of rage he grabbed the kids desk and threw it across the room and sent the kid to the principal. It was wild.

that teacher wasnt in fear of his safety or his life.
so no he dint get assaulted.
and u also dont know the definition of self defense..
      because self defense only works
if the person punches you first
sound does not qualify self defense
so again, the teacher punched the student in the face, and should get charged for battery, and possibly assault Because im not sure if thats even true.

Absolute fax, but I disagree with the first one. There's a law called "emotional distress" the kid caused the veteran emotional distress and psychological torment to which he was about to repeat if not for the veteran hitting the kid. U have to understand that emotional distress could possibly pop an artery, which would mean that its GG's for the veteran. Not to say that there's a direct correlation between emotional distress and an artery popping but they can coincide and when they do its ALWAYS fatal.

      ⚠️Wall of text alert ⚠️
Long read, but my story is actually about a few teachers at a neurodivergent school. I’m only describing 2, and vaguely. First one, let’s call her Ms S (s for science). Ms S is a nice lady that saw the Berlin Wall get torn down on live tv with her kid. The last one is gonna be Ms W (w for writing). She’s a veteran, grew up with Indigenous people, and is very kind. One time in indoor recess there was the group of troublemakers aggressively playing catch on the other side of the stage’s curve (which has steps there) from my friend and I. While we were talking and looking away, Ms W walked across the auditorium, yelling at the troublemakers about respecting another teacher and what they did was bad. We never had seen what the troublemakers did, neither have we ever seen Ms. W get so mad. One of the troublemakers wasn’t seen after the rest got back from suspension. About a month later, Ms S’s daughter, another teacher, was helping me with my hair. We’re gonna call the daughter D for daughter. D and Ms S were talking about putting up a memorial for any kids or teachers who died. This was the same day Ms S talked to each class about a kid who…self harmed in a nearby town bc of bullies. Then Ms S said that the troublemakers were very shocked and ashamed. We didn’t say their names at first, but all three of us knew them. Ms S then shared how when the troublemakers were playing catch (keep in mind they were chucking this silicone cube filled with silicone at each other), one threw the cube at her. I then said something along the lines of, “That’s why (Ms W) was yelling at them. Me and (friend) just were like, ‘let’s just ignore them and get back to our game’”. The teachers were amused and agreed that was a good move. By the way, no gossiping or bullying was tolerated at that school. The kid who threw it was apparently the one who didn’t come back from suspension, and was allegedly expelled. We still throw around the obvious rumors like, “the kid we haven’t seen in a month was probably expelled”. We don’t say why. That’s the end, and I started this with 7% battery and now am at 2%, and have been in power saving mode since long before then.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I’m 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don’t smoke, but I occasionally drink. I’m in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.
I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I’m trying to explain that I’m a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn’t lose to anyone

As a prank one day, a kid slammed his school books on his desk, and Mr. Wells screamed, hit the deck and did a full dive across the classroom, and went berserk just like he was in a warzone shooting a gun. After he calmed down, he literally (no joke) picked up one of the stools we had as seats in the class and cracked it across the kids back a few times. Mr Wells didn't lose his job, thankfully, but he put that kid in a hospital for a couple days. I'll never forget that it was insane how after he did that how he just went back to normal so quick.

The angriest I've seen a teacher get is last year in our second period which was Mrs. Karies class. She was a retired military recruiter and was very calm most of the time. One day a kid that had ADHD and Autism had tried to answer a question and he got it wrong. One of the jocks in the back of the class blurted out to him "You're so fucking stupid you can't even solve this fucking problem? Gosh, now I understand why you're mom wanted to abort you." and got almost the whole class to laugh. Mrs. Kari screamed at the top of her lungs saying "What did you just say to him?", and got up and walked to his desk and said "If you think your all that then why don't you tell us what your mom really thought before she had you." The kid went "What?" and the teacher said "I knew your mom personally, and when she found out she was having you she wanted to have an abortion, so next time think before you speak." She made him move his desk out of the class and everything. Like I swear this is no joke.

I know another story (not mine but I found it in a RUclips comment section I'll try and give credit if I can find the original comment) So this teacher was a Vietnam veteran and this kid who was often a class clown and jokester decided to ask this veteran if he ever killed anyone the teacher replied "they weren't human" and the class got real silent after that

It's of course almost never the right thing to do to break someone's nose, but as someone with a lot of trauma myself, I totally understand the reaction, and the kid kiindaa had it coming for doing something this inhumane which can sometimes be worse than a broken nose to experience..

What I learned being bullied in school, if you ignore it, it works 50% of the time but the other 50% will only stop when you defend yourself.
There was that one kid that bullied me about my weight (he always referred to me as snorlax), I ignored most of it until he started taking my possession without asking or giving them back when asked nicely. Then I was like ok, snorlax uses body slam, it was very effective. Of course he went crying to the authorities and I was at fault because a girl isn’t supposed to do that and he probably just liked me, wtf, but he never tried bullying me ever again.
Moral of the story, the authorities won’t help you when you’re bullied, so just deal with it your way and start polishing your acting skills to say sorry.

I had a younger friend who had an older brother who was the same age as me. This kid was pretty troubled, got into a lot of fights and didn’t have the greatest life at home. One day in 7 th grade our history teacher was particularly upset. He screamed in this kids face for a solid 5 minutes. The kid cried for a good while. Still feel bad for that guy, he eventually dropped out and no one has seen him since except his family
