Shelf lining lagadu... ya boxes red kardu... lekin red ki matra bad jayegi... let me use potli only.... hope to get some blessings as I hate cooking and starve most of the time. Lol.

madam, if the gas stove is located in the Southeast direction then how will he/she face towards the east while cooking. she/he will have to face towards southeast direction only otherwise the location of a gas stove is towards a different direction and the cooker is facing towards a different direction. will feel uncomfortable.
Here SE means, kitchen should be in SE direction from the center of the house. Now in the SE corner you can position the Gas stove such that the person faces east.

Mam we have kitchen in north west corner of flat.. stove on north wall ..cook faces north while cooking... Is it good ?
Waise to kitchen ke liye sahi disha SE hai lekin NW me bhi agar kitchen hai to kuch had Tak thik hai. Stove ka position esa rakhen ki Cook East ki taraf face Karen.

Mam pooja room in kitchen with separate room is allowed?
Having Pooja ghar in a separate room within the Kitchen is fine if the Pooja ghar is in the Ishaan Kon (NE) or North or East directions of your house.

Which colour tape should be placed between gas stove and sink when they are in the same line. The distance between sink and gas stove is about 3.5 feet.
