@skiswek stallone was a fan of the band and personally contacted survivor's management that he wanted a song for his upcoming movie rocky 2, this happened again in rocky 3. this time its Burnin' heart,( he told the band not to follow tiger cause it ain't gonna happen), stallone himself was involved in the mixing of burning heart, and that wham thing in the chorus was his idea.
Frankie Sullivan said that they would give Stallone an official recording and Stallone said no he’s using the demo which appears in the movie. Stallone was right.

Yeah its the Rocky I version of Gonna Fly Now too on the Rocky III album. In III its the good version with kids singing at the end of the song. I dont know why they do this? In the Rocky IV movie the vince Dicola tracks are much better than the inferior versions on the album and as for The Sweetest Victory...Where the f was that in the film???

It was actually written in response to a request by Sylvester Stallone to Survivor for Rocky 3, he originally was gonna use "Another One Bites The Dust" but Queen declined. I think we can all agree everyone involved made the right choice cause this song is practically a piece of true American culture!
