I was looking into the cable kit but I think I might get the tech pouch instead. Would love to see a comparison video with these and Bellroy’s offerings
Techpouch by Peak Design is a fantastic product. I loved mine so much, I bought a second and then moved on to 3 Everyday slings... so flexible, very well made and very functional
X-Pac has a lighter base weight and absorbs less water than its Cordura counterpart, which makes it an ideal choice for ultralight applications. Also, the X-Pac waterproofing is more durable due to a dedicated waterproof layer versus the waterproof coating of Cordura that can wear.
Yeah it's definitely less intense and there aren't as many pockets and loops - I think this was an intentional move as the previous-gen model had a bit too many pouches and not enough space to hold everything. - Ed
Even after you loaded this thing to the max with your mentioned stuff, u still lack space for things like universal travel adapter which u absolutely must have for travel(its bulky), and multi usb hub (u dont have it in this video. So how do u charge your devices?). So basically, this pouch is not a viable option for travel
Hmm yeah good point - I reckon it could be fitted in the pocket with the Magsafe charger. That'd be a decent space for it - but yeah there are some other options that could be more ideal for travelling. - Ed
Yeah, it's not revolutionary, definitely a more straightforward organizer, nothing fancy (which is how most of the generic accessory bags will present themselves tbh). But it is made of high-quality materials nonetheless and it still has the minimal aesthetic that fits in line with the collection - so I reckon it's alright. My thoughts :) - Ed
I have several Aer products and love them, but for me, nothing beats my Peak Design tech pouch.

Duly noted! Will look into a comparison :)

This fits great at the top of the front panel compartment in the aer travel pack 2
Please do a comparison.
Glad to hear there's interest!
- Ed
Yes please do a comparison but I'm pretty sure that Peak Design will win
I love Aer but that pouch is amaze
I have the V1 version and I prefer its organisation compared to this V2. Just the zipper pulls that have been a good addition.
3:03 can you put apple magic mouse in that pocket?
Please compare against the PD tech pouch
Can you please do a review on the unbox therapy x pacsafe backpack.
any plan to have an episode of EDC? :-)
If there's interest - then yeah we've got some EDC stuff to look into. Any recs?
- Ed
Peak still wins in my book better features with the magnets n pockets I like that it doesn’t fully open in case my pack is a total mess lol
can you put this inside aer tech pack 2?
Will that bag, fit nicely with Aer Tech Sling?
Can you tell me if a pair of Bose qc35 2s will fit in the bigger pocket?
wanna a review about Patagonia🤣
How about xpac version which better?

How do you find the organization compared to the first iteration? I find that there are less loops for wire/cable organization

Awesome review!!
Thanks! :)
- Ed
is it washable?
Yep it's washable - you can clean almost every part of the bag with a wet cloth. - Ed
fanboys time: Peak design is just better and more organized

Yikes. It comes off kind of clumsy, like something you'd get from a dollar store airport kiosk.
