This takes me back to my senior year of high school in 1986-87. Martha didn't want me, so I joined the Army and found my Diana Joy on the other side of the planet. Here we are 4 kids and 37 years later. I am retired and living the good life in the Philippines at age 54. It all worked out. 🇺🇸🇵🇭
Ah, the times that Melissa Karen and I listened to this and made out under the stars. Even after all this time, memories remain. Yes, I can still count every time. And still love them.
Im not stuck in the past, i just have great memories of my childhood in the great times of 1984 theu 1988 which imao was some great music thats close to me.
I remember thinking these guys were going to be huge, the next Duran Duran possibly....but they disappeared after this album. Listening to it now, I agree with the post below, very simplistic and lightweight. Still, a great sound at the time.
@DaveWollenberg it would have been alot higher. Here in Canada these guys were huge, I'm Still Searching was song of the year on Much Music and Diamond Sun was played constantly. My favorite by them though is Someday.
@alexskoda32 NO! Bryan Adams never wrote this; he was the guest vocalist on the album version. The same goes for Don't Forget Me When I'm Gone and You're What I Look For. Jim Vallance co-wrote most of the Thin Red Line songs.
Hair, with the steam coming out the mouth!! WTF is the wind!!! could of at least used a fucking wind machine!! haha... this is awesome!! Love this 80's ish!
I wonder where this video was shot at? Canada somewhere I presume/ Anyone know??? And you gotta love Bryan Adams helping out his fellow Canucks w/this great tune w/background vocals
@alexskoda32 well..Most of us probably like Brian Adams to...so...so...Kool...he did backup lyrics on 1 or 2 GT songs back then 2...as did Rod Stewart...
