    DON'T FORGET TO WATCH FOR PART 2 IN A COUPLE DAYS!!
    Dimensions:
    Cover: 9 1/4 high x 12 wide, score at 6 inches
    Front & Back page: 9 high x 12 wide, score at 5 1/2 & 11; front top has a thumb pull
    Bellyband (on front page): 4 3/4 high x 5 3/8 wide, score at 2 5/8 horizontally
    Back of front page, the connected flap: 8 1/2 high x 10 1/2 wide, score left upper corner at 4 1/2; score center at 5 inches; thumb pull cut on left lower portion for pocket
    Panel for inside front piece (attaches to front of above piece): 8 1/2 high x 5 wide, score upper right corner at 4 1/2
    Bottom Pocket for above piece: 3 7/8 high x 4 3/4 wide; make thumb pull
    Lace triangles for flap and large journal card: 4 1/2 square cut corner to corner
    Roofline of cabin: 4 1/2 inch square, cut corner to corner
    Roof detail; 4 1/4 square, cut corner to corner; placed on above piece
    Negative space on roofline of cabin: 4 1/2 inch square, cut corner to corner
    3 large journal cards: all 7 3/4 high x 4 1/2 wide (they go inside front pocket, inside doily pocket, and inside back page pocket)
    1 large journal card: 7 3/4 high x 4 3/4 wide (for 1 inch tuck)
    Cabin pocket, right side: 3 1/2 high x 4 wide
    Window pocket: 2 1/4 high x 1 3/4 wide
    Back page pocket: 4 1/4 high x 5 1/4 wide
    Door: 3 inches high x 1 3/8 inches wide, needs a hinge
    Lintel: 1 1/4 square, cut corner to corner and may need to be cut down as well
