Hey girl next time try doing two strand twists instead of flat twists. I realise when I do flat twist I don't get much definition but it comes out perfect with two strand twists.

I have to say this, as an African with super 4c type hair, I can confidently recommend mielle products. I especially love the curl smoothie and twisting souffle. Used together with gel, or oil gives max definition. So I'm confused when people say they dont get definition with type 4 hair. I'd say you need to try other products
