This was one of my favorite shows as a kid growing up in the 50s. Binge watching all of the episodes reminded me why it was one of my favorites. It showed the promise of America as good people. As an adult, I only wish that selfish and evil people didn't fare as well as they seem to do in real life. This show, The Lone Ranger, The Cisco Kid, and Superman were good role models. Much better role models than in real life unfortunately.

Actually pretty good acting and directing. It was an early attempt to portray native Americans in a good light. Too bad there were no more episodes. I loved watching this series when I was a child and it really inspired me. Today I use flintlocks and dress up in mountain man gear.

This was filmed in North Pickering Ontario Canada . It is still a beautiful park and part of the greenbelt in southern Ontario.
